1: Go Out
Always sit at the computer , TV , mobile .Keep looking to films or programs or video at computer etc.Is internet in your mind that you can get out of it.Now don't just sit in your seat just get out.A latest scientific research over million people has shown that people who sits 9-12 hours in a day you are more likely to be dead in the next 3-5 years.The people who sat 9-11 hours were also more infected by diseases than that of people who sat just 3-4 hours or less in a day.So keep going out and having fun in the sun to increase your precious life.
2:Exercise
Are you weak or you are too fat. You can't be just like that you have to change your self. Eating much is not the solution to the answer the answer is to have a good physical hygiene and regular exercise.Research proves that the person who have exercise routine almost 3-4 days in a week are 45% less affected by germs or diseases and tends to live longer by 22% or more than a normal person.So what are you waiting just go out and enjoy the vitamin D of the sun.
3:Go More Vegetarian
Yes being more vegetarian is also important for increasing you life. People from years believed that meat is necessary for the proper growth and high life span of the body but this statement has been just killed by new research. It was found that people with vegetables in their diet tends to have longer life about 5% or more than that of non - vegetarian people.Eating meat proceed the risk of death up to 14% , fish to 9% , dry meat up to 19% but it was found the risk of death was only 5% -7%in nuts and 6% in beans and pulses.So just eat healthy vegetables than good taste of foods like meat and other things.
Note:We aren't saying not to eat any meat as it is very essential for the proper growth of the body but it should be limited.Foods like fish and meats are very essential for the body as it helps us to escape from heat attacks , cancers etc so try to eat them too once or twice a week only.
4: Kill Depression
Now this is very essential in your life.To remove depression from your life is very necessary as depression is a slow physiological poison that attack your brain and heart and can leads you to death.People commit suicide and lose their life all due to depression and that has very bad effect in your life.People with depression tends to live shorter by 34% or more.Just a little excitement and joy is needed for person to get going in life for better life.Just losing your life in depression won't help in anything than killing your self and others mentally.So keep excitement near your belt and sadness away from you.
