VLC  is one  the best audio , video player that we enjoy.Everyday we listen to many audio and video and that task is performed by VLC. To download VLC just click here.You will this very interesting as it contains many features but do you think you know all of them?Today I am going to show you some VLC features that many people miss. 

1:Record and Loop

You can record and loop the video from one point to another.To do this just go to VLC and right click in it.Go to view and go to advance controls and you will find a control box below your vlc video screen and in there you will find  a red spot that is for recording and a AB named button that is for loop.

2:Download And Watch YouTube Videos

You can actually watch and download the youtube video in VLC. To do this just watch my video or just follow my steps:

• Go to youtube Video.Copy the URL of the video.
• Go to VLC and go to network Stream  and paste the URL.

• Just put the video from where you want to download it.
•  Now hit record button and record it till you want.

3:Now just go to the user and video and enjoy the video.

3:Record From Webcam
You can record the video from the webcam.To do this just follow these steps:
1 Go to vlc.
2 Go to media and capture device.
3 Go to the device selection and change the device from none to webcam.
4 Change the appearance and hit OK and you can see the video streaming.

This can help you to capture real time images or videos from your webcam about yourself or your nearby things.
4:Take a screen shot
You can just take a screen shot from vlc just follow the steps mentioned above till step 1 and select capture device from direct show to desktop and your vlc play capture your desk top screen shot.

5:Convert the files
You can convert the files from video to audio or from mp 4 to any other format with vlc to do this just go to media and convert and save and choose the option what you want to convert and to what you want to change it and now save it in a place and click OK. This is very useful if you want to convert things without internet or any other software.

6: Apply audio and video effects
You can apply audio and video effects to the vlc. Just go to the  tools effect and filter and video effect and you can change the video effect on the VLC. This also helps in the animations and presentations of the video  or picture.

7:Video wall paper
You can use a video wall paper through VLC. To do this just go to tools and then to preference and then video option on the left  and video setting and to direct X and  change the output to direct X video output and click save restart the vlc.
Now play the video and go to video and enable Direct X wallpaper.And now look at the desktop and you will find your video playing to change it again change the background with pictures or again with a video. The video might not be clear so don't fell down as it is a very common problem,
But still pictures will be more efficient than videos as a wallpaper.
