1:Laugh 
This is probably the most easy and exciting treatment.There is scientifically proven that a person can increase his / her life up to 5 years with a laugh in a day.Laughing is very  much essential and vital needs of our body.There is a statement too Laughter Is The Best Medicine  which proves it.
Scientific research shows that laughing helps to fight against depression , sadness and other mental problems of our body.
Due to a laugh a person can over come any depressions and sadness of their life. Laughter has always provided a mental and emotional power to the body which has tends to change the way we see the world thus we can live in it.
So a laughter a day is the best way to increase your life happily.

2:Avoid Smoke and Drinks
You must avoid drink and smokes to be healthy and fit.Smoking and drinking can cause lots of trouble in your body from heart disease to caner in lungs and liver is due to result of smoking and drinking.Drinking and smoke can leads to a shot life span and due to it's addiction it is very difficult to get out of it too so a person will drink continuously and shorten his life periods . A health may avoids using smoke , alcohol and drugs thus are able to live longer than who use it.Alcohol , smoking , drugs can cause to many fatal diseases that you don't want to suffer from cancer to heart attack all are causes from these things that reduces the life of ours.So try to avoid these thing in order to have a good , longer and healthy life.

3:Healthy and Balanced Diet
Not only we need to have exercise and other stuffs but eating a healthy food is equally important for the good and longer life.A healthy diet consist of all the necessary food elements need for the proper development of the body like carbohydrate, water , minerals , vitamins etc.A longer life is only success by a healthy food.A healthy foods gives you energy to perform all the day to day activities and is very much essential for the growth and development of the body.
A proper diet is what most of the fittest people suggest with a little exercise in the belt.So try to eat healthy foods than only tasty and fatal foods for the health.

4:Enjoy your life
You have to enjoy your life no matter how hard it is to survive you have to do it.Hard to swallow but yes you have to do it.You have to keep enjoying your life till the death and must think it will never come back.Keep stress away from you and try to relax and do your work in enjoyable manner.Try to create a happiness environment around you and just keep pressure far from you.Have a good attitude and keep charming face and mode.
Researcher believes that a person who enjoy their life are less affected by depression , mental attack , hard attack and blood pressure like diseases.So try to be calm and just enjoy whatever your life hands you.
